#No friend in simcity complete edition how to
If Sims won't commute, I'm not sure how to accomplish this. I would prefer to have a residential city focused on education, and a separate industrial city focused on creating jobs, generating power, and disposing waste. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to indicate to my Sims that they should be commuting to work? Will they be more likely to commute by train or ferry than by car, regardless of the distance?Ĭomplaint: I could grin and bear the tiny city sizes if I felt like the region played fluidly like one big city, but when my Sims would rather stay unemployed than make a short commute, it feels like I'm playing a number of distinct, minuscule cities. The population view shows that 0 Sims are commuting to work (although some are commuting to shop). One has a ton of medium-wealth jobs available, and the other has a ton of unemployed medium-wealth Sims. I have two cities connected by a very short stretch of highway (they essentially border each other).
